ProsWonderful benefits and flexibility, Highly stimulating with many interesting projects happening.

ConsWas a great place, I would say the only downside is that there is so much research going on that it is difficult to know all that it happening. But, can be proactive to learn more.

Pros: salary is reasonable. Some employees are nice to work with.… Cons: Some Rude Managers. Work staff to death because short staffed and blame the budget for it. Allow to accrue only 1x your yearly ET. Policies… Advice to Senior Management: Treat your staff with utmost respect and communicate more efficiently. Worst job in world if you are a hospitalist at Miriam, that too on J1.

Pros: Nice support staff including the nurses and the ground staff,… Cons: Abuse of hospitalists in the name of Brown University, where as there is nothing which even mentions about brown, it is just another community hospital… Advice to Senior Management: Sooner or later USCIS will know about the abuse of people on J1 in the name of… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
