Technology Organization is in disarray. Company does not pay or develop talent like it used to.

    Pros

Good colleagues, positive culture and a very secure place to work. Communications from the top is good and frequent, salaries mostly decent and hours are good. Company is also positively inclined to promoting working from home.

    Cons

Some office locations are a bit remote, which makes commuting time-consuming. The company has also been growing by acquisition over the past few years, at the same time as it is undergoing internal organisational changes, making further integration work more difficult.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Slow down on acquisitions and concentrate on improving communications and integration between the many various units in the company. Travel and relocation ban should also be reviewed as it can be argued it can increase productivity and revenue.
