Review of TR

Product Manager (Current Employee)
London, England

I have been working at Thomson Reuters full-time for more than 3 years

ProsVery good work/life balance. Extremely flexible, so long as you deliver on time. Management allow pet projects to be undertaken and show a genuine interest in their result

ConsPay is not linked to performance. Frustrating structure doesn't make it easy to collaborate across silo's, need to encourage agile teams across the organisation.

Advice to Senior ManagementTighter alignment of pay to performance.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Losing our mojo

Regional Support Manager (Current Employee)
London, England

I have been working at Thomson Reuters full-time for more than 10 years

Pros: Flexible corporate culture in terms of family commitments, working from home when necessary, etc and also in terms of the work we are asked… Cons: Relatively poor pay for the financial services industry. Lack of direction from senior management in terms of product investment and focus over and above general… Advice to Senior Management: The executive team should ask their reports to look more closely at the specifics - people on the ground doing the work need… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
