Pros

Great pay, plenty of job opportunities to move around the company (not necessarily within same dept.), decent people, various age groups and backgrounds, flex schedule in most departments and ability to work from home if needed.

Cons

Department rules vary, there is not one standard which affects moral of some teams.

Good overall. Some tend to overly micro manage.

    Pros

    Everyone is friendly to work with. Vacation policy is great. Benefits are so-so. Truven Health has industry leading clients and is seen as a thought leader in the healthcare industry.

    Cons

    Work long days with little recognition. Pay is extremely low compared to similar jobs in the industry. Empty promises are common from management.

    Increase compensation for non-managerial employees to retain talent.
