I worked at UBS full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Excellent facilities, constant activity, attitude of innovation, trading focus

    Cons

Lack of appreciation of hard working employees, inner circle not communicating with team, lack of communication in the organization, stupid activities going on counter-intuitive to good business decision-making or profit taking

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get off your high horses and get to know your people. Treat employees with more respect. Learn to be more open yourselves, invite feedback, learn how to create a working environment of trust. It could all go so much better if leaders were less self-centred.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
