Pros – Fast environment - shifts go by very quickly
Good Pay
Off holidays
Great management (depending on location)

They usually hire from within which is very uncommon recently.
Cons – Late hours usually
Slow advancement opportunities - you really have to suck up like crazy to get anywhere
