Great company to work for!

Ramp Agent (Former Employee) Seattle, WA (US)

ProsAs a part time employee, you are qualified for full benefits. In some location, they offer tuition reimbursement and book expenses.

ConsAs a ramp agent, I was mostly working out in the open. During peak season, expect to stay longer then normal due to the load of parcels coming in.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe tuition reimbursement program should be offered to all UPS facilities.
