Former Employee – worked at US Air Force full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Terrific people, challenging work, worldwide travel, and many opportunities for education and training.
Cons – The deployments and the family separations.
Advice to Senior Management – Take care of your people - provide them with your intent, constraints and the best training, facilities and equipment you can.
