    Pros

The training you receive in the US Army is unlike any other in the world. No other profession lets you pick your job, train you for it, and then turns around and gives you benefits to further your career.

    Cons

The disastrous leadership mentality of a few greatly outweigh those with a common sense approach to problems. It is hard to follow the "Do as I say, not as I do" orders that some leaders use on a daily basis.

    Advice to Management

The rating system of Officers and Non Commissioned Officers needs a change and needs it now.
