Pros

The growth opportunity at Unilever is great. Career opportunity is based on performance and management is focused on career development.

Cons

Unilever can be somewhat beurocratic at times. The best people at Unilever are world class but the support outside of marketing can be spotty.

Advice to Management

My advice to management would be to learn to be more flexible and take calculaed risks. If you punish people for risks, they will stop taking them.
