Do they really care about employees?

Administrative Assist (Former Employee) Agoura Hills, CA (US)

ProsTry to give raises every year (and some bonus).

ConsAfter 6 1/2 years of devotion and only missing one day of work because of having to go into the hospital (unexpectedly). The company really doesn't care and closes the office you are working in and instead of letting you telecommute like every other person in the same office you get laid off!!!!!!!!!

Advice to Senior ManagementCare more about employees as you claim to care about members (they are members too).

– I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

CST Administrative Assistant (Current Employee) Malvern, PA (US)

I have been working at UnitedHealth Group full-time for more than a year

Pros: If you are an admin assistant you make close to 14 an hour, or if you are in CST 15 an hour, appeals admin makes… Cons: The only way to get a raise is to be promoted, and there are only about two spots up you can go, which is from… Advice to Senior Management: Hire more people! we get swamped and can only do so much… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
