    Pros

Good resume filler because you can get promoted off the phones and into management within a year.

    Cons

Get all promises in writing. Once you get to salary expect to have to work 65+ hours per week with no additional compensation. Unless you do something exceptional expect your career to stop at the coach level. The company lets its client dictate policy changes on an almost daily basis.

    Advice to Management

Create some sort of raise structure to give employees a chance to make more money.

    Pros

I met some really nice coworkers.

    Cons

Leads and supervisors are horrible. The two week training consisted of sitting in a classroom in the morning and then being a "shadow" in the afternoon. The lead did not teach us anything and she would walk around with her shoes off, very unprofessional. She also from day one set the tone by not engaging us and for the two weeks our class was extremely quiet and boring. Once we were put on the floor, we did not get the support that was promised to us and had to rely on one another. I was never told about work email, call out number, emergency plan, adherences or requesting time off and or switching schedules. The turnover is very high here and I now know why.

    Advice to Management

Communication is key. Communicate all policy and procedures and information directly to staff instead of by chat room and paper after paper.
