    Pros

    The Health insurance is free.

    Cons

    The university needs to pay there staff more money.

    Pros

    You may be able to study, depending where you work on campus. It could be very convenient if you work around your classes.

    Cons

    The pay is low and there is really no moving up.

    We are broke college students. Please don't expect us to really work hard when we are being paid minimum wage.
