I worked at University of Tennessee part-time for more than 3 years

Pros

-Basically get to "audit" classes and learn interesting subjects
-Choose your schedule
-Convenient for college students
-No uniform or constant supervision

Cons

-You don't get paid much or at all if the student does not show up to class
-You end up putting in unpaid time walking to the classes and to the office to copy your notes
-You cannot really talk to anyone in the class and they will wonder why you don't show up for exams

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Hopefully the pay has been raised since 2010 because it isn't much when you really think about it.
