ProsLots of very smart people
Good office space
On par with other Bay Area companies in terms of salaries and perks (somewhat)

ConsLots of politics at/above middle management, though hasn't affected engineering work as much
Slow and frustrating release/development cycle

Advice to Senior ManagementReduce the politics and focus on innovation internally (in terms of development and agility) as opposed to bickering for position

    Positive experience, promotion takes a long time

    Pros: wicked smart engineers who still largely drive the culture cool technology… Cons: promotions take a long time rest of business is growing around… Advice to Senior Management: guard the culture Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
