“Loose org culture”
Current Employee – been working at VMware full-time
Pros – Not too many processes, available work in all layers
Cons – Things change and move fast, one day you might find out your team doesn't exist anymore in a day.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
