“Great Company to work in... if in the right group”
Current Employee – been working at VMware full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Continues to be at the bleeding edge in some technology areas
You work with smart people if you get into the right team
Cons – Upper Management is still learning how to keep things under control.
Most of the original people have left, and the ones remaining behind have a bad attitude.
Advice to Senior Management – Make hard decisions, and stick to them. Make people accountable and responsible for their mistakes.
