Pros – Energetic, growing rapidly, young, exciting, cutting-edge, industry leader, tons of opportunity, great collaborative culture.
Cons – Because it is growing so rapidly, internal systems and processes are not always in place. However if you see opportunity in challenges, you will succeed here.
