    Pros

    some freebies and buy-ins
    liked learning about the products

    Cons

Scheduled me 8 hours per week, all call-in shifts in which they didn't need me, so I got 0 hours, then when christmas came, they expected me to be a competent worker, but I never worked so I never learned the ropes. I am a very quick learner, so for me to not know how to perform the job is significant. Show me once and I will remember. Victoria's Secret never gave me the opportunity to learn or to show what I'm really made of.
The girls who work there were mostly pompous and treated me as inferior and refused to help me learn the job.

    Advice to Management

Train your workers! Listen to the concerns of your workers and care about them.

    Cons

    Boring
    Long Hours/ Low Pay
    Management is horrible

    Most worker are Part time
    Cannot Schedule well
    No Promotions
    On Calls

    Advice to Management

The managers seem to forget that a lot of their employees have other life obligations and cannot afford to schedule their day around the chance that they might work a shift. Also working almost an hour after the initial clock out time makes an employee less excited to work, it just makes them want to get out faster.
