Former Employee – worked at Walker Morris

Pros – Good working atmosphere. Opportunities to take on early responsibility. Close to the station, so good access for everyday commuters and clients.

Cons – Lack of communication from partners to solicitors and below. It can be clubby at times between staff. Offices are old and poorly serviced.

Advice to Senior Management – Please communicate more openly and frequently with staff about which direction the firm is taking. There is the potential to make a very good place to work for all here.
