    Pros

    A family type atmosphere.
    Training programs.
    Companies community involvement.

    Cons

    Do to the companies size, number of employes and pace of operations it is very easy to be "lost in the crowd".

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    In general the mid and lower level managers do have good leadership skills, but many could use more coaching with personnel management. From what I have seen of Walmart so far It is a very well run company with good values and a sound social mission. Keep up the good work!
