I have been working at Walmart full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Fortunetly I work at a great store with some awesome managers. Great place to get retail experience. Good place to meet new people.

    Cons

No set work schedule. Hours are all over the place. Sometimes have to work 6 and 7 days in a row. You miss holidays with your family. Constantly have managers and fellow associates leaving and coming. Lack of communication between associates and managers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Talk to your associates. Get to know them. Ask them their opinions. Help them if they need it. Listen to them.
