“Loved it until transferred to a Team with very weak, non existent leadership”
Former Employee – worked at Walmart Stores full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Opportunity to get involved and contribute to improve processes.
Cons – Senior management sticks together even when a weak link is present. One of their own. Personnel says they are there to stand by you but this was not my experience. They went along to get along to my demise.
Advice to Senior Management – Actually take employee surveys seriously. How about an exit interview?
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
