Pros – fast paced environment - get to learn alot in a short amount of time.
benefits are great
Cons – Work are not well orchestrated and priortized and tend to work on it when there is a fire to put out.
React to an issue instead of solving and mitigating the issue.
long hours of work.
Advice to Senior Management – listen to your employee and provide more guidance.
