Pros

love all of recongition and rewards when you shine

Cons

Lots of sales pressure everyday and incentive compensation can sometimes be hard to maintain

Advice to Management

I know everyone wants to get paid, but nagging and nasty emails for sales is not the way to manage a team to try and get more sales

    Pros

Great 401k company match up to 6%

    Cons

You are only as good as what you do every day. If you ever have a day that is not 100% in sales you will be publicly ridiculed on conference calls.

    Advice to Management

Upper management needs to stop paying the role of good cop and making the district managers do the dirty work. You are only fooling yourselves, the stock holders are not benefiting from the constant turn over of the retail staff and neither are the customers. Value the team members who are serving the customers and really care. The old Wells Fargo game of churn them and burn them is not saving the company money. The bank is not growing by constantly hiring new people then making them bring in all their friend and family and then firing that person. Don't you know that they all close their accounts and hate the bank too? Respect is not given to some one with years of service, they are targeted for termination.

    Pros

Good benefits and decent pay. Other than that, there were no pros.

    Cons

Mandatory overtime, extreme micromanagement, production standards unreachable, high stress.

    Advice to Management

Pursue better managers. Experienced 5 different managers, each one worse than the last. Had very abusive supervisor who should have been fired on multiple occasions for harassment and inappropriate actions.
