    Great Networking
    Great Life\Work Balance
    Great resources to tap into for career growth.

    Cons

    Bonus structure for Asset Managers is only 10% of salary.
    Raises are small. Salaries are not as competitive as other banks. Would advise interested candidates to negotiate the highest starting salary possible.

    Pros

    Most of the people are great. Dynamic experience working with different business types, sizes and stages.

    Cons

    Changing compliance requirements, changing policy, too much change. Weak systems.

    Allow RMs to focus on clients, not compliance.
