I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than 5 years

Pros: Employment, which is a good thing in the current economy.… Cons: High stress due to tyrannical micro-managers, roadblocks, red-tape, politics, finger-pointing, and CONSTANT fire drills. Long hours, unplanned weekend and holiday work (which is unpaid) getting dropped… Advice to Senior Management: Senior management is totally disconnected. If you really want to know what is… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
