Pros – Broad product portfolio
Global teams
Ability to design truly useful consumer products
Laid-back culture, friendly people

Cons – Lack of diversity (of thought, of appearance)
Conservative -- afraid to take real chances
Silo-effect hinders effective collaboration (across product categories, across regions)
Top-heavy -- too many layers of management

Advice to Senior Management – Take more chances in the type of people you hire and in the projects you fund and commercialize
