    Quality has gone way down due to the new managements ideas. Very sad for the consumer and frustrating for employees.

    Pros

    Hourly wages are reasonable. Great benefits to salary employees including the newly hired ones. Not a long drive to and from work.

    Cons

    Company convenience. Job bidding and seniority mean nothing. No rights or respect for employees by management or HR.

    Pros

    Whirlpool Corporation has the strongest brands in the industry and nearly 100 distribution centers, nationwide.

    Cons

    They continue to de-value the salesforce and view them as a necessary expense instead of an asset that brings dollars into the company. Little ownership by Knoxville and Benton Harbor of invoicing, product availability, order issues, or warranty service issues. These tasks then fall upon the field sales force, who would rather be selling than dealing with administrative issues.
