I have been working at Whole Foods Market full-time (more than 5 years)

Pros

Lots of pathways to moving up, constant growth, transfer ability to most metro areas in US, although excoriated in the media, WFM really is the standard for natural and organic food, retailing and industry leading.

Cons

It's retail, so even in management or regional positions, the salaries aren't in line with other non-retail companies
