“Upward mobility in a successful company with a conscience”
Current Employee – been working at Whole Foods full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Lots of pathways to moving up, constant growth, transfer ability to most metro areas in US, although excoriated in the media, WFM really is the standard for natural and organic food, retailing and industry leading.
Cons – It's retail, so even in management or regional positions, the salaries aren't in line with other non-retail companies
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
