I worked at Wireless Advocates part-time (more than an year)

Pros

Generally nice staff, and management.

Cons

Some managers aren't very experienced.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you're doing. Its cell phone sales, not many different formulas that work. Maybe move to a better sales logging system.

I have been working at Wireless Advocates full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

If your work hard, do your job you will make decent money. Hours are good and most holidays are off as you work inside costco.

    Cons

Too many conference calls, and all day meetings. Sometimes there is way too much pressure to sell and the upper management seems disconnected with whats going on in the field. Also, there are too many action items and training's, all of which takes time AWAY from selling!

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Lower the amount of useless training's, and the the DM do his job without consistently giving him and KM's more and more paper/busy work!
