- All systems seem to be under construction - can be frustrating when working in them

    Treat long term employess like contractors - no international personnel focus
    Like most companies managers seem more valued than top engineers

    I have been working at WorleyParsons Limited full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    As an EPCM company, WorleyParsons is pretty good at landing diverse contracts, which lends to a pretty stable working environment. (Which results in fewer layoffs in down times.)

    Cons

    Perhaps they should concentrate a bit more on the assets they do have, instead of continuing to acquire more companies. Also, some of the ideas coming from Head Office are Australia-centric, which might not work in other areas of the planet.
