    Pros

You get to work in some cool places

    Cons

Pay is cheap, customer service standards are low

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Seasonal employees from non English speaking countries can ruin the good customer service experience, unless you have a very strong customer service training ethic.

  2.

I worked for Xanterra not for the job, but for the opportunity to live and explore Yellowstone National Park.

    Pros

Location location location. Xanterra is a parks concessionaire, providing opportunities to live in fabulous places.

    Cons

The company has a severe disconnect with its hourly employees and is consistently understaffed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Remember the bottom line is important, but not at the expense of your employees well being.
