“Great kids and Great workers”
I worked at YMCA
Pros – The kids you work with are wonderful. It is an experience of a lifetime. There is a lot of great workers around you who care for you and the job.
Cons – The pay is not very good. It is a good experience that I think all high school or college students should have but not something to make a career out of.
Advice to Senior Management – Remember what made camp jorn camp jorn.
