*Easy mundane and routine job
*Little to no effort required

*Breeds complacency and incompetence

*The owner of the company needs to fire all of the mid level managers and start from there, they need to employ more ambitious minded people with drive to provide better service and give more of a return invesment to it's clients

*Be more military friendly and offer military leave

    Pros

    Gratis & buy ins are nice, $8-15 for bra, buy ins every month or so

    30% off discount on regular priced merchandise for sale associates 40% off for supervisers/managers

    Meet a lot of great people
    (Coworkers/customers)

    Easy job but not for everyone, great for college students looking for a part time or someone trying to make a little extra cash

    Cons

    Hours are beyond crappy no more than 28 hours a week, obviously no benefits but frown apon associates who have additional jobs

    Return policy sucks, you can return anything even without receipts so we get a lot of fraudulent people exchanging & holding up the line

    The return process is a nightmare especially when TRE doesn't work and only 3 associates & 1 manager are scheduled in a two floor store

    Always short staffed!!!!!!!
    DO NOT get our additional 15 min breaks like every other store because we NEVER have the coverage EVER!

    New hires (seasonal) are never trained so they are extra bodies taking up space not really contributing to anything making tenure associates job 10x's harder

    Can't use your discount on sale items or 3/$33 5/$26 etc.
    Associates can not use coupons or giftcards

    Catty & competitive environment
    Each associate must sell a minimum of $300 an hour, $350 during holiday which is sort of impossible in certain stores due to traffic and location

    No parking/public restrooms, upsets customers & compromises sales

    bras only go up to a 38 band size, upsets customer & comprimises sales (offended when offered bra extenders to purchase)

    Stereotypical & borderline racist if someone doesn't fit a certain profile we basically have to follow them around & offer EXCEPTIONAL "customer service" usually making the victim so uncomfortable that they leave

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Take your employees into consideration as much as you do your customers, remember THEY buy what WE sell them.

    Stop blaming aces for every scheduling mishap we know you purposely denied that request we put in two months ago.

    Bonus structure deff needs some tweaking.
    Traffic & location should determine our sph we can't sell merchandise if there isn't anyone to sell it to. Opening and closing hours should not be counted against us, especially when only 3 people are scheduled to close on weekends.
