Pros

Smart people, good benefits, consistently growing and hiring, BART, very low turnover, limited politics, people generally work to help each other.

Cons

Quiet place, not as fast paced as many tech companies. Based in downtown Oakland.

    Pros

Awesome environment, culture and some of the most intelligent people I've worked with. Company as a whole is always trying to stay up-to-date and modern. Great benefits, self-improvement and training provided. Plenty of room for promotions.

    Cons

Sales based rather than engineering, managers and sales seem to be the "rockstars" of the company, some managers aren't very technical, seem to throw more managers at the problem rather than engineers.

    Advice to Management

Consider hiring more engineers, more technically proficient managers.
