Pros – Many opportunities available in terms of engagements and areas - overall experience depends on the team. Good work/life balance, despite being an advisory firm. Learning and training are considered core activities
Cons – Some engagements are mainly about body rental activities - critical downside when looking for another job. High possibility to work offsite at client's offices.

Pros – Good for the cv, can learn a lot, many opportunities, get to see very senior people both at EY and from the client side.
Cons – Gets very burocratic as you progress, a lot of policies and procedures, must be lucky to get good clients and hence grow in the company
Advice to Senior Management – Pay more attention to the individuals and try to keep you best people.

Pros – you get various exposure which looks great on your resume, you do have work flexibility when you get to certain level; you will have a large network, and the quality of services is for sure on the top as this is big 4.
Cons – low pay compared to the market rate
career advancement is too competitive, and relationship with partner is more than anything
tons of travel if u are lucky

Pros – The variety of experience - able to work on a large range of projects for different teams in EY and different types of clients
Cons – The challenge lies in trying to ensure to maintain one key area of expertise given varying client demangs may mean that you do not always get to focus on one solution.

Pros – Good flexible working policies, interesting opportunities, good career management and development opportunities, collegiate working environment.
Cons – Unclear reward and recognition, huge salary ranges with no clarity around differentiators. Inconsistent levels of senior managers and directors, from inspiring role models to 'how on earth are they still here?' people.
Advice to Senior Management – Some clarity around salary bands. The same rigour applied to senior level promotions and performance management as junior staff.
