Pros – G&B Solutions is a great company that does mostly government contracting, i.e. you work for G&B and G&B works for the federal government

Cons – Working for G&B Solutions was great, but working for the federal government was not great

Advice to Senior Management – Keep up the good work!

Pros – Used to be a great company with a solid brand and talented people working there.

Cons – Short changes the customer and gouges the contractors. Company is in a death spiral. Few deals coming and little value provided in the fieldl. More concerned about nickel and diming folks than providing good value and growing the business. Serious ethical issues!

Advice to Senior Management – Eliminate the dead wood in the company. Re-brand under the Akimeka subsidiary.

Pros – the only good thing is no one was there to Micro Manage

Cons – Terrible Benefits, No interaction with HQ

Former Employee – worked at G&B Solutions full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Co-workers (usually) make the job bearable

Cons – Senior Management is somewhat .. sociopathic..
Underpaid, Management will ask you to work every weekend with no compensation; then after requesting that you do the necessary things for the contract - will fire you when the procedure documentation they provided you is incorrect.

Advice to Senior Management – Hiding screwups is worse than making them.
