Pros – - Small teams and small projects can be a benefit in some ways, don't have pressure
- Being in Agency of Aix en Provence which is a nice location
- Management is ok with you

Cons – - Short term missions, have to switch quite often from technologies
- Not a lot of contracts, always with the same clients

Advice to Senior Management – - If you want to keep people, raise their salary or try to boost your missions

- Some under performing colleagues
- No career path defined

- Do not put people on projects without previous knowing if they have the required skills

Cons – Too much consultants. You just feel like an ant sometimes.

Pros – A lot of varied work. I can't complain about repetition after 3+ years.

Cons – Depends on the projects and clients. It wouldn't surprise me they put you in underestimated projects where in the end you'll be working endless hours including weekends with a ridiculous compensation for it.

Advice to Senior Management – Estipulate real compensations for those who give up their personal life trying to push the projects forward.

Pros – It is a very conservative company with sympathetic people and sometimes, some interesting projects. Great place if you don't want too invest too much in your day work.

Cons – The business is done with a very conservative attitude. Decisions are taken only when the risk has disappeared, that is almost always too late.
The great projects are spoiled by incompetent people that are in charge.

Advice to Senior Management – The management should take a greater care of the employees, and truely reward according to the effort, not only the sales persons.

Pros – wide variety of work, professional office, respectful staff, modern office, good base salary, stable middle management. modern equipment, laptops, cell phones, unimpeeded internet access, easy access to transit, close to post secondary institutions, some educational assistance

Cons – complex work, lack of understanding of work complexity by senior management, poor benefits, language barrier, frequent changes in ownership, long work hours, short vacation time, time sheets, senior management makes workers feel that they are machines there to do a job not as individuals with individual needs and concerns. There are few perks for line staff, no subsidy of sports tickets, no arts programme, maternity limited to what is required by government

Advice to Senior Management – give all the employees a sense of ownership, by actually giving them ownership, either directly, or via profit sharing.
