    Pros

    Empowered to win. Has a proven ideaprenuership methodology that helps the company grow and help one grow. Brainstorming is a part of daily exercise. Lean methodologies drive efficiency for the company and for its customers.

    Cons

    Growth is challenging especially when you are far off from the boss especially onsite. You will have a good customer satisfaction, but the offshore immediate management does not get it.

    Low salary and very limited scope of growth outside of the domain. Also little less transparency. Fewer projects in Europe and Australia.

    One of the most pleasant experiences I had while working at HCL, was the willingness of all to share ideas, experiences and knowledge so easily.

    Sometime I found that communication can be a issue.

    Pros

    I met some very talented and extremely bright people at HCL Technologies. Working there offered a tremendous
    opportunity to work with various infrastructure tecnologies.

    Cons

    There was not always an appreciation of the contributions of American counterparts knowledge and expertise by those coming to the states for the first time. On occasion there would be great differences of opinions on how a particular task should undertaken, and this would cause serious accusations and disagreements.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Initiate some type of cultural training for those new to the United States to assist them in how certain environments work. Some managers need respect the women who are assigned to their teams.
    here. Extreme micro-management is not the way to gain the greatest cooperation.

    Can work for a client for long time, no need to change the client frequently.

    I don't see any.Pros about the company. Try to get out of it asap.

    The salaries are worst and Politics are at top.

    Acknowledge employees effort by giving them salary hikes not by just sending appreciation emails.

    Pros

    Great pay, low expectations
    100% guaranteed to go permanent after 6 months contract ends.
    As long as you show up for work, and pick up the phone when it rings, and make an OK attempt at resolving the issue, you wont be fired.

    Cons

    Paycheck always had problems/conflicting amounts
    Managers are seen sleeping at their desk.
    New hire process takes like 3 months before taking calls
    Agent tools are always broken
    Computer systems are uber slow
    Clients on phone can hear in the background managers yelling across the room
    If you make it from Tier 1 to Tier 2 - Pay increase never happens as promised

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Needs to hire managers with technical support experience.
    Needs to be more helpful in escalations, if the agent isnt allowed to make contacts
    Update the agents with their performance ranks on a monthly basis as promised.
    If the managers can't follow their duties, then how do you expect the agents to follow through on their duties?
