“Only if you need something now...”
I have been working at HealthFitness full-time
Pros – Excellent health insurance, somewhat flexible work schedules, friendly environment
Cons – Used as a stepping stone only, bad pay (especially when asking for degreed professionals), very little room for professional growth, run by inept management (but can vary from worksite to worksite).
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

I have been working at HealthFitness full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Decent flexibility, great advancement opportunities, passionate coworkers that want to make a difference in the health and wellbeing of people.
Cons – Pay and benefits are poor.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay based upon performance. Your best employees deserve better raises and salary adjustments.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
