ProsExcellent health insurance, somewhat flexible work schedules, friendly environment

ConsUsed as a stepping stone only, bad pay (especially when asking for degreed professionals), very little room for professional growth, run by inept management (but can vary from worksite to worksite).

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

ProsDecent flexibility, great advancement opportunities, passionate coworkers that want to make a difference in the health and wellbeing of people.

ConsPay and benefits are poor.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay based upon performance. Your best employees deserve better raises and salary adjustments.
