I have been working at Hyatt

    Pros

Great corporate culture. Lots of growth potential. Generous benefits. Work with lots of really nice people. Beautiful work environment.

    Cons

Lower pay than competitors. Some team members or managers aren't top performers. Ask to do a lot with a little. Lots of gossip.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus less on who makes mistakes and more on why they were made, how to rectify them, and how to prevent them from happening again.
