    Pros

    good relationships with employees
meeting about changes, issues and congratulations
    good help
    recognition of employees

    Cons

    no training for casual staff
    no explanation
not well recognize as other staff

    Advice to Management

make more things for casual because even if they are not working a lot they need to learn and make a good wprk when they have shifts so only on the job training could be hepful and interesting

Great 18 month management trainning. I roted into two departments where I really got hands on experience trained by high qualified management staff.

    Cons

    Pros

Comp rooms- 12 nights a year! Also, free lunch in the employee cafeteria. Excellent benefits package.

    Cons

Long hours; management level expected to work a minimum 47.5 hour work week. This company also pushes you to move frequently in order to advance your career.

    Advice to Management

Stop with the moving requirement! It is very costly and does not promote a family friendly work place.
