Pros – Some interesting software/chip design projects; friendly and professional people; slightly cheap living

Cons – Not competitive salary; no recognition mechanism in place
Salary should reflect market rates and be increased. More responsibilities should be shared with other Engineers.
Share option is not worth, so should not be a selling point.

Advice to Senior Management – Review salary and compare against market rate;

Pros – It was a very nice experience working with quite a lot of smart people. The Work/Life balance is great. Flexible timings. The company is growing and has a bright future. If you are lucky or if you prove yourself, you can get to work on cutting-edge technologies. You get to interact/collaborate with some very smart and knowledgeable people working in the UK.

Cons – Lack of good programming/development/Testing practices(or rather enforcement).
Over reliance on engineers working in the UK. Some amount of bureaucracy.
Some managers are not that motivated themselves and fail to motivate engineers in the team to keep going.

Advice to Senior Management – The interviewing procedures need to evolve.
It is wrong to assume that only people from reputed colleges are good engineers.
Get rid of the bureaucracy that does exists to some extent. Few very good engineers have left in the past because of that.
Train, learn, try and match the standard of engineers working in the UK in order to reduce the reliance on them.

I have been working at Imagination Technologies as an intern for less than a year

Pros – Imagination Technologies has a very relaxed work environment and is home to wonderful and enthusiastic people. Constantly working on cutting edge developments allows work to be enjoyable day after day. Head office is located in a nice tranquil area.

Cons – Almost no cons working at Imagination Technologies.

Pros – Small, flexible and high Tech! Our industry, background screening is very young which means it is growing very fast! People are laid back but work really hard!

Cons – Need one more bath room to share. I't stays busy all the time! Owner is brillant, but he takes on too much of the adminstration side of the business. He has no life which is sad.

Cons – No overtime, expected to work long hours when required as part of the job.

Informal environment
Senior management REALLY care about employees
Really fun social events
Inspirational mission statement/business model

Cons – Location could be better, but really close to London so doesn't matter much at all actually

Advice to Senior Management – Keep going with your motivation, inspiration & hard work. Every time we hold a company meeting I am so inspired by what our company is achieving.
