I have been working at In-N-Out Burger part-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Great work environment, busy so it makes the time go by fast, friendly people, generally friendly customers, they put you on track to advance and do great with training.
Cons – On a lot of occasions you're made to stay past your scheduled clock out time, a lot of time with without warning. Its fast food so the motions are very repetitive and you're required to stand for the whole length of your shift
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

I worked at In-N-Out Burger part-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Most store managers are willing to be flexible with your hours
There is great starting pay and great benefits.
Great opportunities for advancement.
Cons – The culture of each store is different, it really depends on the store manager
Sometimes, managers can give you a hard time if they don't like you, and HR may take a little while to act on issues.

I worked at In-N-Out Burger part-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Lots of good team building experiences and the company tries really hard to ensure their employees feel like part of a team and enjoy working for them.
Cons – Felt like there was a real disconnect between the hourly associates and division management and if an employee wanted to voice an opinion it was difficult to reach anyone other then your store manager.
Advice to Senior Management – Make sure that managers are advancing employees equally and not showing favorites by hanging out with friends from work after work and then those friends are moved up faster than anyone else.

I worked at In-N-Out Burger part-time for less than a year
Pros – Young, youthful staff, great pay, flexibility for students, people are genuinely happy to see you because they love In N Out, the workplace is light and the management is always understanding and helpful.
Cons – You do have to do manual labor, but you should know that full well joining the food and service industry.
Advice to Senior Management – Management gets so caught up with what they're doing, they sometime don't help the new hires "level up" and get higher up in the structure. It would help if new hires were a little more informed about the process from the beginning

I worked at In-N-Out Burger part-time for more than a year
Pros – Fast-paced, lots of room for growth, once you're in, you're pretty much in. Extensive hiring process.. but all that means is they are selective in taking the best.
Cons – At the end of the day, you're working in fast food. Always on your feet, complicated customers complaining about tiny details, high level of stress, etc.
