    Pros

Very flexible with school schedule, good money, free food on every shift, fun and fast paced. In N Out loves their associates.

    Cons

Can be very stressful at times, but that's why it's called work. Very strict policies and managers vary a lot in their intensity. Can be difficult to move up in busy stores.

    Cons

Throughout my experience there has been nothing to complain about. They give a great amount of hours and are very flexible with schedules.

    Pros

good pay, advancement opportunities, free meal every shift

    Cons

nit picky management, strict uniform and hygiene (no more than 2 piercings on each ear and must be only on the lobe, no nail polish, tattoos, or other piercings), hard to request days off, understaffed. The rush hours are so chaotic that they make you want to have a mental breakdown and just cry. There just simply isn't enough people or space to make the amount of food for the amount of people. Customers are crazy mean and make you hate your job the way they speak to you. People expect only the best from in n out so when one little thing goes wrong, you get cussed out.

    Advice to Management

    Be less uptight.

    Pros

The starting base salary was set at a competitive wage against other comparable establishments. The stores are always busy, bringing in new and existing clients.

    Cons

You hardly ever get off at the time you were scheduled and rarely ask if there was anything else going on in your life before keeping you late into the night.
