    ConsAt the particular J.Crew location I worked at the manager was letting personal issues affect her professional work environment. This had been a problem for some time and so after multiple employees spoke to upper management the issue was taken care of.

    Advice to Senior ManagementUpper management was relatable and easy to talk to about any problems encountered. They also effectively handled over-bearing customers who looked to take advantage of employees.

    The managment was relaxed but strict when they needed to be
