    Pros

Working with everyone was definitely a plus. You do need to have a strong background in sales with the ability to close deals.

    Cons

There is a little thing called working permits for each city you go door to door in. You will get tickets if the police are called. You do not get to turn them into the office for reimbursement and it is a misdemeanor that goes on your record. The areas that they do pick to work in have already been knocked by our company (different teams) or by competitors. It also is the reason people get annoyed and call the police.

  3.

The pay is good but considering what you have to do, its not worth it.

I worked at Just Energy full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Absolutely none, unless you want to loose all your skills and and guarantee that your resume will become unattractive. It's a cheesy utilities company where CEOs have no clue how to act or run it. Very unprofessional environment. Backstabbing and butt kissing is a must to survive. Do not bother

    Cons

Everything listed above. You are waisting your time. Cons are the fact I listed above in the pros which are non- existent.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Dress professional and act like CEOs as well. Treat people with respect and don't reward backstabbers. That's not coaching. Your more ales are atrocious

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

The people in my department are truly wonderful and awesome at what they do.

    Cons

The executive team does not care about morale. Their focus is on obtaining new customers but fail to provide the tools and headcount necessary to maintain current customers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus more on employee morale and learn to be proactive instead of reactive.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Just Energy

    Pros

Great coworkers, great potential income lots of contests where you can money, TVs, etc

    Cons

It's door to door. No salary, commissions based on customer credit check that seems incredibly arbitrary

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give some idea of how the credit check works so we're not writing 15 deals and getting paid on 3
