Current Employee – been working at KPMG full-time

Prosthe people at KPMG are great, and there are parts of the business that do incredible engagements with very talented people.

Consinternal systems and support not what they should be, lots of unneccesary beaurocracy..feels a little bit like working in central government sometimes, which is at odds with the client facing feel of the firm.

Very hard to get promoted.

Former Employee – worked at KPMG full-time for more than a year

ProsLooks good on your CV
Character building
International brand, innovative
Opens up opportunties outside of KPMG in the future

ConsLong hours are expected particularly at busy season.
'Extra -curricular' activities / work expected if you want to achieve promotion
Economic crisis means usual turn over of qualified staff has not happened, many assistant managers fighting for very few managers roles at the minute promotion unlikely.
