Cons – Would like the opportunity to grow, hard to get raises

“Terrible Company to work for”
Former Employee – worked at Kinray full-time
Pros – There are no pros that I can think of
Cons – - Salary was low - they recruited for employees with a ton of experience to pay them very little and use 10% of what their existing knowledge base and add no additional training
- Management was only in it for themselves- they didn't respect or value their employees
- They took away holidays that fell on weekends
- HR Manager did not know what she was doing - tried to be everyone's friend rather than a HR Manager
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
