    Pros

much cameradery under the staff, we always looked out for each other and supported as much as possible.

    Cons

Very stressfull, never enough, never good enough. No support from management at all. Bonus was based mostly on targets we could do nothing about, and basically non existant. No training, additional work just put on your desk, on top of all the rest you had no time to do.

    Advice to Management

Employees are people, not just things you wring dry and then replace with another

    Pros

in general staff is ok, hard working in spite not thanks to current management. Given some leadership potential of a great team.

    Cons

Too much favourtism, lack of leadership, working on basically flawed strategic plans, heard people rather than leading them. Can not find and if they do or retain good people

    Advice to Management

learn to give direction, give attainable goals to people. Trust is a two way street, staff does not trust its managers, finance management simple is rubbish. Give up on the idea to establish an SSC! You do not have the leadership, multiculturalism required.

    Pros

A progressive company for getting new products into the market, and maintaining good profit margins. Most people that I worked with were team players, and very willing to work together for common goals. Working atmosphere in Kohler, WI was comfortable.

    Cons

Salaries are just to lower side of average for the positions/job descriptions. The winters in Kohler, WI can be very long; if you cannot handle cold weather, look for a different location.

    Advice to Management

Performance standards and reviews need to be updated; managers do not always reward consistently, and compensation for starting salaries and merits needs improvement in order to keep good employees.

    Pros

A very successful company benefiting from the active involvement of the Kohler Family. Some great products and a truly global approach, not just buying low cost product and importing but actively growing in those markets. A continuing US manufacturing presence and commitment.

    Cons

Can be very bureaucratic which leads to paralysis at executive level. Some longer tenure executives, with minimal experience outside the company can inhibit progress.

    Advice to Management

The Company values and guiding principles are great, senior management needs to actually walk the talk and show some real leadership.

    Cons

Higher education facility or executive education facility is not as par.

    Advice to Management

We can have more focus on young employee's higher education facility
